Of all the islands in all the world, she’s come to his.

Under the Caribbean Sun, Book 2

Holly Hansen has sacrificed too much to let anything—especially a man—get in the way of making her clothing line a success. When she arrives on the island of Anguilla, she zeroes in on the biggest threat to her make-or-break photo shoot. At six-and-a-half foot of sculpted Dutch muscle, Harmannus Prinsen is every inch the womanizer of Caribbean legend, but he will not be seducing any of her models. She knows exactly how to make sure of it. Make the girls think he’s taken.

Harm is stunned when the curvaceous beauty greets him with a mind-numbing kiss. She’s the embodiment of every pin-up portrait he collected as a teen, with a sassy tongue and a body that begs for his touch. Sure, he’ll pretend to be her date…but only if they really date.

Despite her best efforts to remain immune to his charms, Holly finds herself falling for the man behind the myth. She begins to wonder which island she belongs on…Manhattan or Anguilla.

Holly stepped out on the lanai and held up her cell phone. She breathed a sigh of relief as the bars lit up on the display. Her interlude with Harm on the beach had put her behind schedule and she couldn’t afford to be without her phone. She dialed up her voicemail and turned to look at the house.
Most of the lights were off, allowing the stars to reflect off the glass facade. But the upper corner glowed like a beacon. The sight drew her eye and her breath. Unaware of his audience stood Harm, enjoying a shower for the world to see.
Not that there would be many looking. With the rocky outcroppings along his shoreline, no boats would get close enough, and his villa was higher than the house beside his or the collection of bungalows he owned. Right now she was the only one enjoying the view.
What she wouldn’t give for a pair of binoculars so she could study his muscled physique. Water sluiced down his honed body, the showerheads attached to an interior wall. The muscles of his ass flexed as he moved, his back rippling as he pushed water from his hair.
“Come on, turn around.” Holly blinked at the sound of her own voice, unaware she’d spoken. She slipped her phone into her pocket, then looked up to find Harm had done as she wished.
“Oh my.” She pressed her hand to the base of her throat and stared.

AUTHOR Bio and Links:

By day, Jenna is faster than a speeding toddler, stronger than a stubborn husband, able to leap tall Lego structures in a single bound...but by night, while the family sleeps she writes romance novels where no one ever has to scoop up after the dogs, change diapers, clip coupons, drive carpool, do laundry, mop floors, get silly putty out of hair, vacuum, empty the vacuum bag (gross!), exercise, count calories, apply Band-Aids, clean up puke...wait where was this going? Oh, Jenna writes romance because it is glamorous. Just ask the dogs. Catch up with Jenna on

Could you please start by telling us a little about yourself?
I do my best to live in an imaginary world, but the kids, husband, and dogs aren’t cooperating. I think they have some kind of internal alarm that goes off as soon as I open a book or turn on my computer. If I had my way, I’d forever be indulging myself with a Greek billionaire or maverick mogul.

What sparked your interest in becoming a romance writer?
My grandmother had shelves of Harlequins in her garage. One spring break I was sick…so consoled myself with a dozen of them. I was only ten, so it was a good thing they were the Romance series!

What was the first romance novel you read that made an impression on you?
I remember the story, not the title or author. I think that comes from starting in category romance (reading and writing). The one I’ve read to the point of memorization is Pride & Prejudice, hence the Jane Austen obsession in my Pride & Passion. ;)

What is your favorite scene in your new release?
The library. Oh, that library…

Please describe your writing environment.
I have a fantastic office. The door locks! When we moved, an office was on my ‘need’ list. But it’s right by the front door, so once the smalls are out of school and the neighborhood kids come knocking, I head up to a sitting area in our master bedroom. Which annoys my husband to no end. He thought he escaped having me write in the bedroom when we moved.

Do you have a favorite object that is pertinent to your writing?
Writing pants? I swear, comfy pants make it easier to write.

How much research do you do for your books? Have you found any cool tidbits in your research?
I sometimes wonder if internet searches are monitored. If so, they should check up on writers just for the entertainment factor. Yesterday I Googled bunkhouse design, celebutant origin, fashion week, Berkin price, direct flight SEA to LVS, Caribbean hurricane season, charity auction, and Beverly Hills weather April. I become a mini-expert on things, but my photography or accounting knowledge vanishes quickly, the way the details disappeared after a final exam.

What main genre do you write in? Contemporary romance.

When you have writer's block how do you break free?
Writers block is an injury in your creativity. Just like a physical injury, you need to rest and make sure your body can properly heal. Then, you have to work through it. Exercise, stretching…and eventually you’ll be back to your normal pace.

Thanks so much, Jenna, for your awesome answers. I look forward to reading Carribean Casanova!
